Birth of Foonix

This was the time when we started our company. We had no idea how far we would go, we weren’t even sure that we would be able to survive for a few years. What drove us to start the company was the understanding that we could provide a service no one else was providing.

It was one year and we were a company who handled outsourced IT services though had plans to develop in-house products. The services were expanded and we started offering graphic design services.

We became a technology partner for an E-Commerce Firm on a contract for a period of months.

This was the first period when Foonix felt like it would stick around for a while. We realized we were growing more stable and expanding at the same time. We needed a new office as we had severely outgrown the last one. We started scouting for a new location.

We were growing rapidly, we had to move to a bigger space. We needed a team to work on certain products as we believed it was time for us to start working on our dream products that could actually contribute to the change. We needed funds! We raised! Yes! We did!

We moved to a bigger space. A cozy semi-conventional office that provides employees an environment to work in a way they would like to work. We teamed up with a new set of employees thereby setting up the base for the development of dream products. #PositiveVibes

Our very first investor! Product Investor! Yeah! You read it right! Product Investment, we got our first investor for the Products & Services we offered. We created a custom Win-Win profit share plans! And, it worked!

We lauched our biggest dream company Hugbox, a gifting brand that add value to your gifting, spreading love across the globe.

Our journey since the start was something great and different, as we believed standard is what you set and not preset. We create what we need and how it works! And finally, we believed to work on the product. After huge ups and downs, more time into ideas, loads of hard work and dedication, we finally launched our two big projects CAPSULE ERP and Students Discuss.com.
